3.1. Student Dashboard (Academic & Welfare Hub)
Purpose: Provide an overview of the student body, academic status, and quick links to welfare services.

4.1. Dashboard Fee's Record (Financials)
Purpose: Track fee collection, manage dues, and monitor monthly financial health.

Total Collected Fees (KPIs):

  • **Today Received PKR**: Daily fee collection total.
  • **This Year Recieved PKR**: Annual cumulative fee collection.
  • **Paid/Unpaid Students**: Counts of students settled and outstanding for a selected month (e.g., Unpaid Students: 331).
  • **Total Outstanding / Due Fees**: Tracks the cumulative amount of uncollected fees.

Purpose: Manage all philanthropic contributions, track expenditure, and provide an overview of donor relations.

Key Financial KPIs:

  • **Total Donation in PKR (12.3408 M)**: Grand total of all received funds.
  • **Total Donor (19)**: Count of unique contributing entities.
  • **Total Expense in PKR (4.8861 M)**: Cumulative expenditure from the donor fund.

4.3. Dashboard Inventory Menu (Asset Management)
Purpose: Comprehensive management of organizational assets, materials, and supplies.

Modules and Functionality:

  • **Total Record**: Master record of all inventory, tracking items from acquisition to disposal.
  • **New Entry Record**: Used for registering newly purchased or acquired stock/assets.

Search and Access:

  • **ALL TIME EMPLOYEE RECORD** button provides access to the full staff roster.
